Not staying with relatives or using tarps. But housing that can be provided to a family for on site. The thousands of fema trailers sitting unused behind guarded 8 foot fences because of air quality issues after Katrina did not work out too well. So a use is needed for the housing after they are not needed for the disaster victims any longer. Destruction of Family Results in Destruction of Society.

These are quick builds and some were built on trailer frames to be moved on-site. They are designed to withstand hurricane winds. The layouts are not super big but they beat trailers any day.
